House rules & information
- We must keep a copy of your passport on file.
- Keep a copy of your passport with you at all times.
- Office is closed on Sundays and holidays.
- Smoking is not allowed in the house.
- Keep your room locked at all times. Keep your valuables in your
suitcase secured with a VERY GOOD lock. We cannot be responsible for
your valuables. Be ESPECIALLY aware of your valuables if you happen
to have a guest visiting in your room.
- Please let us know how often you want your room cleaned.
- PLEASE do not run the air conditioner when you are not in your
room. Most of the time the ceiling fan is all you need.
- When your clothes need to be washed, please set the clothes hamper
outside your door.
- We furnish coffee, bottled water, soft drinks and popcorn for you
and your lady friend. Any other food or drinks in the kitchen belong
to the agency or guests that are staying at our bed & breakfast.
If you buy food or drinks for your personal use, they can be stored
in the kitchen. If it needs to be refrigerated please store it in
the rear white refrigerator. Put your name on all items that you have
purchased.
- Our delicious breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM
- We provide free Internet service to check your e-mail and other
information you may need. Please try to limit your time to thirty
minutes or less.
- Please use office workers only for information and setting up appointments
with ladies you will be meeting. They do not have time for socializing.
- First meeting with ladies are always held at our office. If you
need an interpreter please let us know in advance for we can arrange
one for you. The cost of an interpreter is $10:00 per hour.
- If a gentleman is interviewing with a lady please give him privacy.
- Always be a gentleman with the ladies; remember you are a guest
in their country.
- Please dress nicely when meeting ladies.
- If a lady asks you for money or gifts please report it to us promptly.
This is inappropriate.
- You are staying in the northern part of Cali. Four blocks from
the beautiful and exciting Chipichape mall.
- Please, always use the pedestrian bridge when walking to the mall.
- Always enter and exit taxis on the curb side.
- We are glad to have you as a guest and we are here to serve you.
