(B) Cali Charm (Internet business) is not liable to the users of this service or to its registered participants for the content, quality, performance or any other aspect of any information provided by the participants and transmitted by this service or for any errors in the transmission of said information; Cali Charm (Internet business) is not responsible to any person for any damages arising in any manner out of the use of this service. The users and participants acknowledge that they assume all risk and/or responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the uses to which this service is put.

(C) Eligibility – You must be over 18 years of age to register as a member of the Service or to use this Website. By using the Website, you represent, undertake and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to comply with all of the Terms and Conditions.

(D) Accurate information - You represent, warrant and undertake that the information that you supply to the Service, the Website and to Cali Charm is accurate in all respects, not in breach of this Agreement and not harmful to any person in any way.

(E) Legal Access - You must ensure that your access to the Website and use of the Service is not illegal or prohibited by laws which apply to you. You are solely responsible for the legality of your actions under all applicable laws.

(F) (i) Membership - You may become a member of the Service free of charge. Free membership will only entitle you to participate in some of the features available as part of the Service. In order to access additional features, you must become a paying subscriber to the Service. Accordingly, your use of those additional features is conditional upon the payment of the relevant fees.(please see: 2.( I )(i)).

(ii) Content of profile -You are solely responsible for the content of your profile, messages, and other materials. In order to join the services, you MUST post your photos or personal pictures (no avatars). Your Email address: You must enter a VALID e-mail address. Your email address is NOT displayed to other members.

These subscription fees are subject to change, which changes will be posted on the page of the Website previously described. You acknowledge that there may be discrepancies in relation to subscription fees between jurisdictions, which discrepancies are reflective of costs applicable to a particular jurisdiction and other commercial conditions relevant to that jurisdiction.

(H) Member ID and password - As part of the member registration process, you will be required to select a member ID (username) and password. We may refuse to accept any username for any reason, including that the proposed member ID impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trade mark or other intellectual property law, is vulgar or otherwise offensive, or may cause confusion, as we determine in our absolute discretion. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your member ID and password (including all activities conducted under your Member ID and password) and agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to the Website to any third party. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you must immediately notify us and you must promptly change your password by updating your account information.

(I) Negative covenants - You represent, warrant and covenant that:

(vii)You will not use the Service to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behaviour, including but not limited to the distribution of any sexually and/or racially offensive, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, harassing, libellous, slanderous, or objectionable material of any kind, nor any unlawful or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights and privacy rights).

(J) Failure to comply - The Company accepts no liability for any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

(K) No waiver - If we waive any rights available to us under these Terms and Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.

(O) Cali Charm does NOT accept any responsibility or liability for the conduct of any member or other user of the Service, including without limitation any conduct which causes physical injury to any person.

(P) Termination of membership by Cali Charm - We may immediately terminate your membership and your access to the Service at any time if we determine (in our absolute discretion) that you have breached this Agreement. Notice of termination will be delivered to the last e-mail address you provide to Cali Charm.

(Q) Termination of membership by you - You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective immediately upon our receipt of your written notice of termination. Notice of termination may be delivered to the address contained in the Contact Us section of the Website, may be emailed to the email address listed in the Contact Us section of the Website, or may be effected by clicking on the Switch Off Membership link in the members' section of the Website.

(R) Please be aware that the lady or ladies you write to are under no obligation to reply to your letter or letters. But, from our experience a lady or ladies that feel that they would have an interest in a gentleman after reviewing his profile will be more than eager to start a correspondence.

(S)We do not sell telephone numbers or home addresses. By these terms and conditions All payments made to Cali Charm are non-refundable.

(T)Cali Charm also offers a Bed & Breakfast service. To secure a room you must send a $100.00 non-refundable deposit via Pay Pal. The $100.00 deposit will be applied toward your stay. Please call or e-mail us to confirm room availability on the days you wish to stay..

(U) No warranties as to availability - The Service is distributed on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the material or information acquired through the Service or on the Website (electronic e-mail addresses) displayed, uploaded or distributed by the Service or the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

(V) Indemnity - You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Company, service or the website harmless from and against any and all Claims, disputes and refund requests arising from the direct or indirect use by you or from the material or information acquired through the Service or on the Website displayed, uploaded or distributed by the Service or the Website will be error-free.

• "Company" means Cali Charm Marriage Agency – Bed & Breakfast, a company registered in Cali, Colombia.

• "Privacy Policy" means the Company's privacy policy which is available on the Website;

• "Service" means the facilities made available for members via the Website;

• "Website" means this website which is owned and operated by the Company;

• "Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions as amended by the Company from time to time, which form the agreement between you and the Company;

• "we", "us" and "our" all refer to the Company.
